Specimens should be cultured in Cytogenetics Waikato DHB laboratory and slides of cultured cells/chromosomes dispatched for FISH analysis.

Adult Specimen

2 ml Bone marrow aspirate. 4 ml Heparin whole blood. Do not centrifuge or freeze.
