Trough Levels - collect blood within 24 hours prior to next dose

Testing can only be requested by SMO's
Patient must have been taking the medication for at least 10 weeks
Indications for testing: Primary non response or Loss of response
Required:
Signed by SMO and,
Indication for testing provided
Canterbury tests for anti drug antibodies when drug concentration is < 2 mg/L
