4 mL Plain (Red top) Blood (Preferred) or 4 mL Heparin (Dark Green, no gel).
0.5 mL Paediatric Plain tube x2 (Always required)
Transport at 4 o C (if longer than 5 days to receipt, transport frozen at -20 o C)
