Diagnostic Use Or Instructions

Administration of gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH), clomiphene citrate, and human
menopausal gonadotropin (hMG) to females can result in elevated endogenous LH values. 
Administration of oestrogens or testosterone males can result in decreased endogenous LH values.
Administration of hMG to males can result in elevated endogenous LH levels, while administration
of testosterone decreased endogenous LH values.
